When it comes to wedding photography, chemistry doesn’t come in a test tube or beaker. When an engagement shoot goes THIS well, I can’t stop thinking about how great the wedding photos will be!
When Melissa showed us her floral bouquet photos, the Smith Center hit me as the perfect location – bright and cheery with popping colors that contrasted their smart, well put together outfits perfectly. We wrapped up the shoot at the World Market Center and one of my favorite buildings, Frank Gehry’s Lou Ruvo Center in downtown Las Vegas.
Engagement photography is an important part of being a wedding photographer. With limitless time, it gives us a chance to experience a couple’s unique chemistry, chat and really develop a bond with them. This bonding gets us excited for the wedding day and gives each bride and groom the chance to experience how their wedding photographers work and become acclimated with the camera.
Plus, we get to see how ridiculously gorgeous they are. Seriously, they’re like Captain America and a supermodel. Plus, he’s a surgeon, which completely reaffirms my belief that the model level attractiveness of the Grey’s Anatomy cast is a realistic portrayal!
